Foundation Academy Yearbook Wins National Award Two Years in a Row!

Foundation Academy Yearbook AwardOn July 10 – 12, FA yearbook Editors-in-Chief Kassie K and Grace L, as well as Sports Editor Kylie R, attended the Florida Yearbook Institute held at the Rosen Plaza Hotel.  The Pawprints staff worked long hours choosing a theme, designing the yearbook cover, and planning the subject of each of the 250 yearbook pages.  More than 80 schools from all over the state participated in the conference hosted by Jostens.  At the end of the conference, our school received the National Yearbook Program of Excellence Award.  Last year’s yearbook staff worked all year diligently to meet all the requirements for the award, including meeting all of their deadlines on time!  Foundation Academy’s Pawprints was 1 of only five schools out of thousands in the state of Florida to win this award!  This is the second year in a row that Foundation has been recognized with this honor.

Additionally, Kassie, Grace, and Kylie were given the Gold Award of Achievement for Outstanding Yearbook Portfolio.  Foundation Academy will be receiving an engraved trophy to recognize our editors’ hard work during the conference.  The Pawprints staff will be recognized during one of our upcoming chapel services.

FA families can support our excellent yearbook program by purchasing a yearbook at Jostens.com.  This year’s book will include all 3 of our campuses in ONE amazing book!  Be sure to order by August 31 to get the Early Bird Discount!
