Do you have an updated background check? If not, please contact our HR department on or before October 1, 2023, to submit your application & payment.

  4. Behavior Management: Chaperones should set and enforce appropriate behavior standards for the students. This includes addressing any disruptive behavior and maintaining a respectful and positive atmosphere throughout the trip.
  5. Support for Teachers: Chaperones should work closely with the teachers or trip organizers to ensure that the trip’s educational objectives are met. They should follow the lead of the teachers in terms of schedule, activities, and expectations.
  6. Health and Well-Being: Chaperones should be aware of any student health issues or allergies and be prepared to administer any necessary medications or provide assistance in case of medical incidents.
  7. Communication: Chaperones should have a way to communicate with each other, the teachers, and the school in case of any changes or emergencies.
