Since February is known for Valentine’s Day, the Christians in Service club at Tilden Campus decided to share the love of Christ with our community. During the entire month, they led “Paws for A Cause,” collecting non-perishable food items like can goods, rice, beans, and pasta for Tildenville Elementary. The group also gathered school supplies to bless their teachers.
At the beginning of March, members of Christians in Service delivered the food and other items to Tildenville Elementary. These items are used in the community to help families in need. Tildenville was so grateful to the FA students because their pantry was bare, and they were in tremendous need to fill their shelves before spring break. Their administration commented on how it was perfect timing for our students to bring this gift to them when they did.
