2024-2025 Coaching Contract: Responsibilities, Terms, & Handbook Agreement

As agreed upon by the Athletic Director, I, Robert East, agree to provide the following services during the term of this contract for :

Contract: I understand that my retention or re-hire by Foundation Academy is dependent upon fulfilling the coaches’ requirements and guidelines as outlined in the FA Coaches Manual. **Compensation will be granted at the first pay period following the completion of the season and the completion of all coaching responsibilities (inventory, collection of uniforms, etc.) as outlined in the coaching manual. I understand that I am expected to be at every practice and game. Only the head coach can give approval for an absence. Where it applies, this contract also includes summer hours.

Handbook: I have read the athletic handbook and agree to abide by and carry out the procedures and policies therein. I understand that if I do not abide by the standards set forth in this manual it will result in an administrative correction and/or letters of reprimand. Continual disregard of policies and procedures will result in termination from coaching at FA.

If for any reason Foundation Academy releases you from your coaching responsibilities this contract becomes null and void.
