Ann Nenna is from Bettendorf, Iowa and has a BA in English Literature from the University of Iowa. She loves spending time with her family, going to the beach, reading, and cooking. Her favorite Bible verse is Romans 5:11, “So now we can rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God because our Lord Jesus Christ has made us friends of God.”
“My mother and my Aunt Shirley are major influences in my life. They each have modeled joy and peace through great adversity, because of their faith in God. My driving forces in the classroom are my love for God and children, and a passion for language and literature. I want to teach students to express themselves with joy and gratitude, so they and others may understand the love, value, and belonging we have through Christ Jesus.”
