Deborah Wasylik is the Biology, Honors Biology, and AP Environmental Science teacher at the Tilden Campus. She received a B.S. Biology from Grove City College, M.A. in Stem Curriculum from NASA/Adams State University, STEM Certification from Columbia University, and National Board Certification in Biology. She has been honored as the recipient of the Presidential Award of Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (President Bush 2003) and has also received the Presidential Innovation Award for Environmental Educators (President Obama 2012). She enjoys, “Baking, reading, traveling, camping and spending time with family. My favorite Bible verse is Colossians 3:23 KJV, ‘And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men'”
