Krystal Thomas-Smith is from Orlando, Florida. She earned her Bachelors of Psychology at Duke University and her M.S. in Leadership at Grand Canyon University. She is also the Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach and the Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach. She enjoys basketball, her family, going to the beach, and watching movies and TV shows. Krystal’s favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3:5-6. Her mother is her hero because she taught her valuable life lessons.

“My driving force in the classroom is to lead students to Christ first and foremost. The teaching of sports will allow students to learn teamwork, competition, drive, and communication. All of these skills will prepare them for the real world. My goal is to build up young men and women of Christ who are equipped with the proper skillset to excel in whatever professional environment they choose.
