Lorena Saunders is from Guayaquil, Ecuador and has an A.A. in General Studies, CDA. She enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach and crafting. Her favorite verse from the Bible is Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

“My parents are a major influence in my life, they have shown me the importance of family and to work hard for anything I want to accomplish in life. My main goal is that I want my kids to know that God loves them and that they are His most precious creation. I also want to help my students reach their full potential for their age group. I want them to know that sometimes things will be hard, but I want them to keep trying and not give up. I want them to feel loved, encouraged and taken care of.”
