Fine Arts Auditions

All students must wear athletic/dance wear to all rehearsals. Sneakers or dance shoes, athletic pants or shorts, athletic top or leotard. Clothing must meet school dress code guidelines. No boots, heels, flip flops or sandals may be worn. Hair must be neat and pulled back away from the students face. The use of cell phones during rehearsals and performances will not be permitted. Students may use cell phones before and after rehearsals only to communicate with their parents if necessary. Students must arrive at rehearsal on time and fully prepared to rehearse with all necessary equipment. This includes proper attire, scripts and scores. Students may bring a closed water bottle to rehearsal. No coffee, juice, or soda. Students may keep a snack in their bag to enjoy outside during their break. Food will not be permitted in the rehearsal space. There is no Cell Phone use of any kind during rehearsals or performances. Breaks will be given to students according to the following schedule: 5 mins every hour or 10 mins every hour and a half. Students will not be released until rehearsal has concluded and they have been dismissed by the stage manager and/or director. Early dismissal must be pre approved by the director and stage manager. Rehearsal absences must be pre approved by the director and stage manager prior to the start of the first rehearsal and are approved based on the director’s discretion. Students must be available for all performances (4/10/25 – 4/12/25). Students must behave in a professional manner and according to school code of conduct at all times. This includes treating cast/crew members and directors with respect, remaining focused and quiet during rehearsal, taking notes and feedback with grace rather than arguing. Students unable to adhere to all above rehearsal and performance guidelines may be removed from the cast.

Students are expected to be at all rehearsals unless you have received written confirmation from the director and your absence is pre approved. Please list any scheduling conflicts here. You will receive written confirmation from Mr C once absence has been approved.

Absences will not be approved once rehearsals have begun. Any unexcused absences may result in loss of role in the production.

Students should not attend rehearsals if they are sick. Please adhere to school guidelines for illness related absences. If students are too sick to attend school, they are too sick to attend rehearsal. If students are well enough to be at school, they are expected to be at rehearsal. According to school policy, students must attend a minimum of 4 periods during the day of a performance to be permitted to participate in that performance after school.

Crew Leads and Assistant Crew Leads – March 11, 12, and 13. March 25th – 28 and April 1st – April 13th.
Crew, Tech, Costume, Props, Cosmetology – April 1st – April 13th.
