Foundation Academy understands parents’ busy schedules. That’s why we offer options for aftercare to ensure your children are always in safe hands while you’re at work. No matter which campus your student attends, there are caring staff members ready and available to watch them until you’re able to pick them up. Sign up for what best fits your schedule and we’ll take care of the rest.

Pay After Care Invoice

Hours of Operation

The hours of operation for Plant Street Campus After School Care is 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Pickup Time & Location

Pickup is located by the preschool playground at 6 pm or earlier. After 6 pm, you will be charged a $20 late fee. For every minute following 6:15 pm, there will be an additional $1 charge per minute.

Approved Pickup Lists

In the event you will have multiple people picking up your child(ren), be sure to submit their information during the registration process so we can allow the release of your child to your approved list.

Photo ID Requirement

A photo ID will be required for pickup.

Cost & Fees

After School Care can be used weekly or daily. The cost for weekly care is $100 per week. If you only need it a few days per week or month, we have a daily option for $20 per day. Additionally, there is a required annual registration fee of $50.

Annual Registration Fee: $50
Weekly Cost: $100 per week | daily aftercare $20 per day

Billing

Payment must be paid online each week your child will attend.

About Discover After Care

Our After School Programs are developed built around STEAM activities. These activities take on an integrated approach to learning and teaching, requiring an intentional connection between curriculum learning objectives, standards, as well as lesson design and implementation. We combine the Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math to define adventures that solve real world problems with hands on learning activities and creative design. Through STEAM, our students can draw a connection, develop passion and begin career exploration.

Each day our students are on a new adventure! Our programming is strictly enforced each day to ensure that our students have maximized their time in all of our programs. Our project-based learning approach really brings learning to life and facilitates success in school. At Discover we start our day off with something we like to call Gear Up. This allows students to explore and participate in engaging activities such as camp songs, yoga, dancing, and more. Students have daily opportunities to get into character, building life skills through role-play.

Tilden Campus After School Care Supervised Study Hall

Our Tilden Campus offers an After School Care Supervised Study Hall that acts as aftercare. Students can use this supervised time to get caught up on their studies and complete their homework.

The hours of operation for Tilden Campus After School Care is 3:45 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Pickup Time & Location

Pickup procedures are to call the After School Care number provided and your child(ren) will be dismissed to the designated parent/guardian at the rear exit of the Campus Life Center (rear of main building). *After 6 p.m., you will be charged a $20 late fee. For every minute following 6:15 p.m., there will be an additional $1 charge for per minute.

Pickup is located at the front office. When you check in, your child(ren) will be called and walked out to meet you.

Lakeside After School Care Program by Kids Club at Family Church (Windermere)

Our Lakeside Campus offers After School Care for our students facilitated by Family Church Windermere. This program includes homework assistance, snacks, games, indoor and outdoor activities, daily devotionals, and Bible activities.
