How do I apply?

Applications are submitted online. To begin that process you can click here.

How can I arrange a campus visit?

We encourage you to come and see what we’re all about. To schedule a visit, please see our online calendar at foundationacademy.net/visit.

In addition, we offer virtual visits where you can experience some of the FA experience from the comforts of home.

Where is FA located?

Foundation Academy has three campuses we refer to as “The FA Family of Campuses”.

Are FA students required to wear uniforms?

Yes. Students are required to wear uniforms. Specifics differ slightly depending on grade level. More information regarding the differences and other uniform standards can be found here.

Does FA offer tuition assistance?

Foundation Academy does offer tuition assistance to students in grades kindergarten – 12th grade whose families demonstrate a financial need through our third-party vendor, FACTS.

What are the school hours?

  • Plant Street Campus (PreK – 6th Grade): 8:15 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • Tilden Campus (7th – 12th Grade):
    8 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
  • Lakeside Campus (K – 1st Grade):
    8:15 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
