ALL SLI STUDENTS & PARENTS—READ IMPORTANT CHANGES!!

To accommodate a special chapel event for students, the dates have been changed.
We thank you for your understanding.

1. All NEW SLi students and a parent are required to attend a short introduction meeting on Thursday, August 18th, 6:00 pm-6:45 pm, in MOD 2. A fee of $125 is due by this date. Please have students’ names on the memo line.

2. All SLi Students are required to attend our
MANDATORY SLi ORIENTATION RETREAT, Tuesday, August 23, 2022.

Please read carefully and then open up the attached required Retreat Consent Form. Parents, please sign, and then students turn them in by Friday (8-19-22) to Pastor Keith, Room 207.

Failure to attend the retreat will result in dismissal from SLi. Failure to submit the release will result in an inability to attend the retreat. Buses will not wait on late students.

Tuesday, August 23, 2022 Retreat Details:
8:00 am Arrive FA at regular start time. Go to the first period for attendance. An announcement will dismiss you to the gym for bus departure.
8:15 am Depart FA for the “Healthy West Orange Building”, Plant St. downtown Winter Garden (Transportation by FA buses.) All activities will be at this location.

Orientation Content:

Students will be challenged in leadership, be introduced to their roles in SLI, and participate in teambuilding exercises.

Lunch will be provided through Chick-Fil-A. Students may bring their lunch if so desired.

There will be no provision available for special diets.

FA attire is required.

Bring your Bible and a pen/pencil.

Chromebooks are not needed, and phone guidelines are consistent with FA Policy.

2:30 pm Depart the Retreat Location for FA.
2:50 pm Arrive FA for regular dismissal.
